Shipping

• Shipping within New Zealand is free on orders over $80. If your order is under $80 you will pay $7.99 at the checkout or $11.50 for rural delivery.  Delivery within New Zealand is normally overnight unless you are rural which is 2-3 working days.
• Shipping to Australia is free for all orders $105 and over.  Otherwise Australian customers pay $25.00 shipping on orders and delivery by Australia Post in usually 5-10 days.
• For other orders your shipping charges will be calculated at the point of purchase based on the country you are shipping it to.

Returns

We offer a money back guarantee on our High Factor Peony Root Skin Remedy 20ml and 80ml sizes. 

• Contact us preferably within 10 days or within 30 days, by email, so we can confirm your refund, and arrange the easiest way to refund your purchase, and to confirm the best way to make a return to us. You will need to return the item to us.
  
• We cannot cover the cost of return postage, but we will refund the cost of your purchase minus postage and packaging.
