Q. Can I use these products on my face and sensitive parts of my body?

A. Yes, all these products can be used on your face and all over.

Q.  How quickly should I see results?

A.  Everyone is different but most customers feel and see improvements in 2 - 3 days.  Less itchy, less red, less inflamed and more hydrated skin.  Within 10 days your skin and scalp will look and feel much better.

Q.  How do I use the creams?

A.  You use the High Factor Skin Remedy as your treatment cream. You can use it as often as you like - we recommend you definitely start with at least 2 - 3 times a day.  It's safe to use often and over a long period of time (unlike a steroid cream where you want to avoid prolonged use). 

Q.  How do I use the Body Bar?

A. Use the Body Bar as your soap - you can use it every time you wash your hands, face, and body.  It is fragrance free and hypoallergenic.  The peony root extract in the bar will help calm and heal skin too.

Q. How do I use and how often should I use the Shampoo Bar?

A.  Use the Shampoo Bar when you wash your hair. Wet your hair, rub the bar directly onto your hair and scalp, lather up, then rinse out.  It will reduce itchy scalp, dandruff and leave your hair soft and clean.

Q. How do I use the Conditioner Bar?

A. After you have rinsed out the shampoo, simply rub the bar over your hair and scalp. Massage in. You can leave it on for a minute or so before you rinse it out.

Q. How long will the products last?

A.  While it depends on how often and how much you use, this pack last most customers about a month.
